1. 게임에서 수집하거나 전송하는 정보
이 유료판은 별도 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 게임 내 광고, 추가 인앱 결제, 광고 식별자 수집 및 이용 행태 분석 SDK를 제공하지 않습니다. 게임은 전화번호, 연락처, SMS, 위치, IMEI·MAC 주소 등의 기기 식별정보를 개발자 서버로 수집·전송하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 기록을 개발자 서버나 제3자에게 전송·공유하는 기능도 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 게임 기록
진행 단계, 별, 포인트, 업적, 수집 상태, 진행 중인 퍼즐과 소리·언어 설정은 게임 실행과 이어하기를 위해 기기에 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 저장 파일을 원격으로 조회하거나 삭제할 수 없습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 기기의 게임 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 버전은 Android의 앱 자동 백업을 사용하지 않습니다. 기기나 운영체제의 별도 이전·복원 동작은 해당 환경에 따라 다를 수 있으며, 게임은 진행 기록의 클라우드 복원을 보장하지 않습니다. 앱은 개발자 계정을 통한 진행 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 그림 파일 내보내기
이용자가 수집한 그림을 저장하면 이용자가 선택한 파일 위치에 PNG 파일을 기록합니다. 기존 사진·연락처를 일괄 수집하지 않습니다. 운영체제의 클라우드 파일 제공자를 저장 위치로 직접 선택하면 해당 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다. 이미 내보낸 그림은 앱을 제거해도 남을 수 있으며 이용자가 선택한 위치에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
3-1. 추가 그림·정원 다운로드
처음 설치할 때 1~25단계 플레이에 필요한 자료와 첫 번째 그림이 포함됩니다. 2~25번 수집그림의 원본은 감상하거나 저장할 때 필요한 묶음을 다운로드합니다. 26단계부터는 해당 구간의 자료를 추가로 다운로드합니다. 전체 콘텐츠는 500단계와 정원 그림 96장입니다.
정원은 기기의 날짜와 앱에 포함된 절기표에 따라 현재 절기를 선택합니다. 현재 절기의 그림은 4장씩 준비하며, 다른 절기의 그림은 감상할 때 받습니다. 정원 그림을 아직 받지 못했거나 날짜가 절기표의 지원 범위를 벗어나면 기본 배경으로 플레이할 수 있습니다. 진행 중인 판의 배경은 바뀌지 않습니다.
추가 자료는 Google Play Asset Delivery로 제공됩니다. 다운로드에는 인터넷 연결과 저장 공간이 필요합니다. 앱이 비계량 연결로 확인한 네트워크에서는 현재 절기의 그림을 자동으로 준비할 수 있으며, 계량 연결에서는 정원 감상 화면에서 다운로드 여부를 선택합니다. 다운로드한 자료는 앱에 남아 있는 동안 오프라인으로 재사용할 수 있지만, 자료가 삭제되면 다시 받아야 합니다. 다운로드 자체로 수집그림이나 클리어 보상을 획득하는 것은 아닙니다.
Google의 공식 안내에 따르면 Play Asset Delivery는 적합한 자료 묶음 제공과 업데이트 후 보존을 위해 기기 메타데이터와 앱 버전을 처리합니다. 이 데이터는 암호화되고 정해진 보관기간 이후 삭제됩니다. Google Play 스토어 자체의 정보 처리는 Google Play 약관에 따릅니다. 개발자가 게임 진행 기록을 자체 서버로 전송하거나 이 기능을 광고 개인화에 사용하는 것은 아닙니다. 자세한 내용은 Play Asset Delivery 데이터 처리 안내와 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
4. 앱 구입과 고객지원
앱 구입·재다운로드·환불은 Google Play가 처리하며 Google의 계정 및 결제 정책이 적용됩니다. 게임 안에서 카드번호나 스토어 비밀번호를 요구하지 않습니다.
이용자가 고객지원 이메일을 보내면 회신 주소, 문의 내용 및 자발적으로 첨부한 자료를 문의 응답과 문제 해결 목적으로 처리합니다. 불필요한 신분증, 비밀번호, 결제 비밀정보를 보내지 마세요. 문의는 자동으로 게임에서 전송되지 않습니다. 이메일 처리에는 지원 메일 제공자의 서비스가 사용됩니다.
일반 고객지원 문의와 첨부자료는 문의 처리 종결 후 30일 이내에 삭제합니다. 적용 법령에 따라 보존해야 하거나 진행 중인 분쟁 해결에 필요한 기록은 해당 사유와 기간에 한정해 분리 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 개인정보 요청과 문의 삭제는 (주)원게임즈가 담당합니다. 전자 자료는 지원 메일함과 별도로 보관한 첨부자료에서 삭제하며, 법정 보존이 필요한 경우 요청자에게 그 사유를 안내합니다.
5. 어린이와 개인정보 요청
이 유료판은 어린이·청소년·성인에게 별도 게임 계정이나 광고 개인화를 요구하지 않습니다. 추가 명화 전달에 따른 Google Play의 처리는 위 다운로드 항목을 참고해 주세요. 어린이에게 광고 동의나 연락처 제출을 요구하지 않습니다. 보호자는 위 이메일로 자녀가 고객지원에 자발적으로 제공한 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 요청인의 권한을 확인하는 최소한의 절차를 안내합니다.
6. 방침 페이지와 외부 서비스
이 방침 웹페이지와 스토어·메일 서비스는 게임 앱과 별도의 서비스입니다. 웹페이지를 열면 호스팅 제공자가 페이지 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 접속 기록을 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 페이지에는 별도 광고·분석 스크립트, 가입 양식 또는 자체 추적 쿠키를 추가하지 않습니다. 방침 페이지는 Netlify, Inc.의 호스팅을, 고객지원 메일은 Google의 Gmail을 사용합니다. 해당 제공자의 글로벌 인프라에서 처리되어 이용자 국가 밖에서 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 제공자별 처리와 보관에 관한 내용은 Netlify 개인정보 안내 및 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 문의를 보낼 필요 없이 게임의 기본 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
7. 변경과 연락
방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지의 시행일과 변경 내용을 갱신합니다. 향후 광고·계정·온라인 기능이 추가되는 별도 버전은 실제 데이터 처리에 맞는 방침과 스토어 신고를 사용합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의와 삭제 요청은 위 연락처로 보내실 수 있습니다.

1. Data collected or transmitted by the game
The paid game does not require registration or a login. It has no in-game advertising, additional in-app purchases, advertising identifier collection, or behavioral analytics SDK. It does not collect or transmit phone numbers, contacts, SMS messages, location, IMEI or MAC identifiers to developer servers. It has no feature that sends game progress to developer servers or shares it with third parties.
2. Game records stored on your device
Stages, stars, points, achievements, collection status, the current puzzle, and sound and language settings are stored on your device to run the game and resume play. The developer cannot remotely access or delete these files. You can remove local game records by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. This version does not use Android app automatic backup. Separate device or operating-system transfer and restore behavior may vary, and the game does not guarantee cloud restoration of progress. The app does not provide progress synchronization through a developer account.
3. Exporting artwork
When you choose to save collected artwork, a PNG file is written to the destination you select. The game does not collect your photo library or contacts. If you select a cloud file provider through the operating system, that provider's policy applies. Exported files may remain after the app is removed; you can delete them at the chosen destination.
3-1. Additional artwork and garden downloads
The initial installation includes the content needed to play stages 1–25 and the first artwork. Full-size collection artwork for stages 2–25 is downloaded in packs when you view or save it. From stage 26 onward, content is downloaded for the relevant stage range. The full collection contains 500 stages and 96 garden images.
The garden selects the current solar term using your device's date and the calendar included in the app. Garden images are prepared in sets of four for each solar term. Images from other terms are downloaded when you view them. If an image is unavailable or the date is outside the calendar's supported range, you can play with the default background. The background of a puzzle already in progress stays the same.
Additional content is provided through Google Play Asset Delivery and requires an internet connection and storage space. The app may automatically prepare the current term's garden images when it identifies the connection as unmetered. On a metered connection, you choose whether to download them in the garden viewing screen. Downloaded content can be reused offline while it remains in the app, but must be downloaded again if removed. Downloading content does not itself unlock collection artwork or grant stage-clear rewards.
Google documents that Play Asset Delivery processes device metadata and the application version to deliver suitable asset packs and preserve installed packs after updates. This data is encrypted and deleted following a fixed retention period. The Google Play Store handles its own processing under its terms. This feature does not send game progress to a developer-operated server or use it for personalized advertising. 4. Store purchases and support
Google Play handles app purchases, re-downloads and refunds under Google's account and payment policies. The game does not request your card number or store password.
If you email support, we process your reply address, message and attachments you voluntarily provide to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents, passwords or payment secrets. The game does not send a support message automatically. Support email is processed using the email provider's service.
Ordinary support messages and attachments will be deleted within 30 days after the request is resolved. Records required by applicable law or needed for an ongoing dispute will be retained separately only for the relevant purpose and period, then deleted. Onegames handles privacy requests and support-record deletion. Electronic records are removed from the support mailbox and separately stored attachments; where retention is legally required, the reason will be explained to the requester.
5. Children and privacy requests
This paid edition does not require a separate game account or personalized advertising from children, teenagers or adults. Google Play processing for additional artwork is described in the download section above. It does not require children to agree to advertising or provide contact details. A parent or guardian may use the contact above to request access, correction or deletion of information their child voluntarily provided to support. Where necessary, we will explain the minimum steps needed to establish authority to make that request.
6. This website and external services
The policy website, app store and email services are separate from the game app. When you open this page, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser details and access logs to deliver and secure the page. This page adds no advertising or analytics scripts, registration forms or first-party tracking cookies. This page is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and support email uses Google Gmail. Their global infrastructure may process information outside your country. Details about provider processing and retention are available in the Netlify Privacy Statement and Google Privacy Policy. You do not need to contact support to use the core game.
7. Changes and contact
Changes will be reflected in this page's effective date and change information. Any future edition with advertising, accounts or online features will use a policy and store disclosures that match its actual data practices. You can send privacy questions and deletion requests to the contact above.
